Return & Refund Policy

All products purchased from ONE0ONE are non-refundable.
However, exchanges are available under specific conditions mentioned below.

Exchange Eligibility

A product will only be eligible for exchange if:

• The product was damaged during transit, or
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

To qualify for an exchange:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
• The original ONE0ONE Coin received with the product must be returned along with the item.

• We offer exchange only in case of:

  • Wrong size delivered from our end
  • Damaged or defective product received

  No return or exchange will be accepted for any other reason.
  Items must be unused and reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• For size exchanges, an additional ₹100 courier handling charge will apply.

Non-Exchangeable / Non-Cancellable Conditions

Exchanges or cancellations will not be accepted if:

• The issue is reported after 48 hours of delivery.
• The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
• Original tags, packaging, or the ONE0ONE Coin are missing.
• The order has already been shipped, as shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

• The coin serves as proof of genuine purchase.
• It must be retained carefully for any future exchange requests.
• The coin must be returned with the product during exchange processing.
• Missing or damaged coins will make the product ineligible for exchange.
