Return & Refund Policy
All products sold on One0One are non-refundable.
However, we do offer exchanges under specific conditions mentioned below.
Exchange Eligibility
A product is eligible for exchange only if:
- The item was damaged during transit, or
- The product has a manufacturing defect
To qualify for an exchange:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must pass our quality inspection after being returned
Size Exchange
We offer size exchanges subject to product availability.
- A ₹100 courier/shipping fee will apply for size exchanges
- The product must be unworn, unused, and with original tags attached
Non-Exchangeable / Non-Cancellable Conditions
Products will not be eligible for exchange if:
- The issue is reported after 48 hours of delivery
- The item has been used, washed, damaged, or altered
- Original tags or packaging are missing
- The product fails quality inspection
Order Cancellation
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped

Every product purchased from One0One is guaranteed authentic and quality checked before dispatch.
We recommend customers retain original packaging and order details for any future exchange requests.
